Welcome to Edison Student Publishing, home of the
Contribute your skills (and learn new ones!) during our eight week session to produce a newsletter in print and on the web, with room for news, reviews, comics, fiction, poetry, interviews, photography, illustrations, advertising, jokes, puzzles, and more.
You’ll get to work with digital cameras, graphics tablets, portable word processors, audio recording, scanners, and Macintosh computers with Adobe Photoshop Elements, AppleWorks, Comic Life, iLife, Graphic Converter, Inspiration and more.
We use our own wiki to help get started on publishing projects. It's a growing collection of tips, instructions and examples.
- Who: Edison students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. Limited to 16 students.
- Fee: $80 / 8 weeks (scholarships available).
- Registration: If interested, please fill out a registration form and return it to the office with payment &/or scholarship request. Please note, the current session is FULL - registration for the next session will happen in late January.
