Greetings to all 5th Grade Quebec Families,
We will have a general meeting of all families who are sending their children on the Quebec trip on Tuesday, December 1st at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria. It is very important that all families who plan to travel attend this meeting. We will have a trip update from our trip planners, a financial report with final cost adjustments, and a report on chaperon issues. All Fifth Graders who are traveling should also attend the meeting since there will be a slide show from a past Quebec trip and Seventh Graders who attended the trip will be there to answer questions.
If you absolutely cannot attend, please contact me so that we can get information to you.

This was a mandatory meeting for all parents w/students who will be attending the Quebec 2010 trip. The trip planning co-chairs, Laura Montgomery and Niloo Movassaghi, presented the results of their research, including tour recommendations, cost estimates, deposit deadlines and payment schedules. Additional fundraising opportunities were discussed. Any parent intereseted in Chaperoning for this trip, please contact Erin McIntyre.

Our General Fund balance (as of 4/14) is approximately: $3900
Individual account information was provided to parents at the 4/14 meeting. Those who could not attend should recieve their child's individual account information in the mail.
