KINDERGARTEN
• 2 boxes of facial tissue
• 1 set of 16-color washable watercolor paints (Crayola work well)
• 1 box of 64-count crayons (Crayola work well)
• 1 pair of blunt-tipped
scissors (Fiskars work well)
• 4 sticks of glue
• Backpack
• Lunch box
• Change of clothes: socks, underwear, shoes, shirt, pants
• $30 for classroom supplies, parties, and field trips*
Please do not write child’s name on the supplies, as they will be used
communally.
FIRST GRADE
Personal
use:
• Backpack (child-sized, no wheels please)
• 3 pocket folders with student’s name written on the front of each (no
notebooks, Trappers, etc.)
• Coup de Pouce book that stays at home (part of Arrimage program;
$7.00; available in the office)
Classroom
use:
• 1
watercolor set - 8 Colors (Prang is a good brand)
• 1 box facial tissue
• $30.00 for
classroom supplies, field trips, parties, etc.*

SECOND GRADE

notebook (8.5”X11”, 150-200 sheets)
• 2 sets of watercolors (8 standard colors, no sparkles)

THIRD GRADE
Personal

• 1 backpack
• 1 pkg of
150-200 count wide-rule
notebook paper, for use at home
• 1 zipper
pencil pouch (the kind used in 3-ring binders, but do not buy a binder)
• Coup de Pouce book
for use in the classroom (same book that is used at home in grades one
and two). Available in the office.
Classroom
use:
• 2 boxes of thick markers (one for each class)
• 2 boxes of colored pencils (one for each class)
• 2 pkgs of 3-5 refillable 7mm mechanical pencils. (The transparent
ones do not last.)
• 3-4 containers of 7mm lead for mechanical pencils
• 3 wide-rule theme books with
perforated pages
• 1 large box of facial tissues
• 3-4 large pink erasers
• $30 for daily planner, field trips, parties, etc.*
Optional:
• 1 dictionary or inexpensive spell checker for use at home
• 1 box Ziploc-style bags (quart or gallon)
FOURTH GRADE

• 2 good erasers

white glue

book (for English class)

FIFTH GRADE
Please restock paper and pencils in
January and again after spring break.

• 1 simple but large binder
with at least 6 pocket dividers
• 2 composition notebooks, usually smaller than 8.5”X11” (no spiral or
perforated)
• 2 big boxes of sharpened
colored pencils
• 2 boxes of #2 pencils, sharpened at
home before school starts (2 in September, 2 in January)
• 2 boxes of colored markers (unscented)
• 1 box of blue or black ballpoint pens (no gel pens)
• 2 large glue stick
• 1 folder with 2 pockets
• 1 water bottle
• 1 box to hold pencils or a zippered pouch (3-hole punch)
• 1 small box of crayons and one good art gum eraser
• 1 ruler with
inches and centimeters

REMINDERS:
TENNIS SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR P.E. STUDENTS MAY BRING AN EXTRA PAIR TO KEEP AT SCHOOL OR WEAR THE SHOES TO SCHOOL.
PLEASE LABEL ALL CHILDREN’S PERSONAL ITEMS (INCLUDING COATS) WITH NAME AND GRADE.
OREGON LAW REQUIRES THAT ANY ART SUPPLIES CONTAINING TOXINS CANNOT BE USED IN SCHOOL.
