ENROLLMENT FORMS
To
enroll in Eugene IHS:
Admission into Eugene IHS is through the 4J District lottery process.
All interested students must fill
out a school choice form and return it to the 4J District
office by Friday, March 21.
Even if you have missed the lottery deadline, there may still be room at Eugene
IHS in grades 9-11.
