Registration, Check-In Day, & Fees

If you are considering sending a child to one of the programs at Kelly, welcome! Here are the steps to take.

Registration

Colin Kelly: For people interested in Colin Kelly we will be holding informational meetings in January and February, please check our home page for dates and times. Kelly does have a limited number of opennings for transfer students (students who live outside our neighborhood attendance area) at all grade levels for 2007-2008.

da Vinci: There is a special applicaton process.
Process for 2008-2009 School Year: Pick up an application at Kelly Middle Schools, the Education Center, 200 N. Monore, or online at www.4j.lane.edu.

Return the application no later than March 21, 2008 to the Education Center.
Please check the home page for dates of the Kelly Middle Schools Programs Informational meetings. Information on all three schools will be presented at these meetings. Please note, confirmation of acceptance of a da Vinci selection must be received by the school office by May 1st. If confirmation is not received, the next student on the waiting list will be notified of an opening.

Yujin Gakuen Mid Level Students must already be at 4th grade level Japanese language acquisition in order to enter the middle level Japanese program; if so, speak to Mariko Maddock, head YG teacher at Kelly (687-3224).

Student Check-In Day 2007

ALL students need to come to the school cafeteria on Monday, August 27, during the following times:
12 - 1 p.m. Last name starts with A -J
1 - 2 p.m. Last name starts with K-S
2 - 3 p.m. Last name starts with T-Z

After turning in forms and paying school fees students may pick up their class schedule. If you can volunteer to help with Check-In Day please call the school office at 687-3224.

Program Fee
Science fees, miscellaneous supplies, fitness center, rock climbing, and general P.E. Yujin Gakuen includes stipends for interns or payments to homestay families.

Ink cartridges and technology-equipment. da Vinci includes payment for the loan on new computers purchased for classroom use.

Planner Fee
Spiral bound student-planner with room for homework and deadline reminders for the entire year. Teachers help students in the use of their planners.

Order deadline January 31. Cost is $18.

Breakfast & Lunch Prices
You may be load money on your students account by paying the cafeteria staff directly or online. When purchasing in person, please make out a check payable to 4J Food Services, separately from the other types of school fees.

The school also has a-la-carte menu items.

Options for purchases made online
Go to sodexhoeducation.com. You will need to create an account based on your student's 4J student ID number. There are additional processing charges.
