Whenever possible, Kennedy implements a shared governance model. We depend on input from all of our stakeholders - parents, students, staff and administration - to make our best decisions. Site Council's main focus is to support and guide our school around issues affecting student achievement. Site Council is an open meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend, although only stakeholder representatives may participate in the actual decision making.
