Where to Go and What to Do
Address change To report a change of address, go to the main office.
Daily Announcements To have an announcement read in the morning, get a staff member’s approval and fill out a purple form, then give to one of the secretaries.
Attendance issues To discuss attendance issues, call 790-4303 and ask for the attendance secretary. For pre-excused absences go to the main office to obtain a form. For excused absences have a parent/guardian call the attendance office voice mail at 790-4343, or take a note from home to the office. For tardies, come to the office before you go to class.
Clubs Ask your advisory teacher.
Conflicts If you have a conflict with a student, go to your Advisory teacher, and/or administrator in the office.
Courses See the Curriculum Guide. Copies are available in the office. Or click on one of these links: 6th grade, 7th grade, 8th grade.
Drug/alcohol problems If you have or know someone who has drug or alcohol problems, see your Advisory teacher or an administrator in the office.
Illness/injury If you are ill or have been injured, secure a pass from your teacher and report to the office. Staff will contact parents.
Insurance To purchase student insurance, pick up a flyer from the office.
Lockers If you have a problem with your locker, see office staff.
Lost and Found Check in the office or ask an adult in the cafeteria during lunch to open the “Lost and Found” bin.
Lunch Tickets Purchase lunch tickets in the cafeteria.
Lunch (free and reduced) Bring free and reduced lunch applications to the office and talk to one of the secretaries about any questions or problems.
Phone Usage There is a phone on the counter in the office for student use during non-class time. Students are not allowed to use cell phones during school hours!
