Report Cards & Progress Reports

Official grades appear on student’s transcripts only twice per year: at the end of each 18-week semester.

Progress Reports that are issued each 4-1/2 weeks and mid-semesters do not appear on transcripts. These reports are required for D and F grades only.

Students and parents are encouraged to contact the office, the Homeroom teacher, and/or individual classroom teachers if there appears to be an error on the report and/or you have questions or concerns regarding grades or progress reports.

Contact the office if you need a copy of your student’s grades or his/her transcript or State or District assessment information.
