Positive Family Support Program

As a parent, you understand the challenges and rewards of parenting every day. Parenting is a journey of learning that involves facing new challenges and finding solutions. At each important transition, you may encounter new challenges as you parent your child. Part of being a parent involves needing support sometimes when your child is having difficulty academically, socially and or emotionally.

The Positive Family Support Program promotes parents use of positive reinforcement to improve student attendance, behavior at school/home,  completion of academic tasks, and community resources. The cornerstone of a successful Positive Family Support program is that parents’ efforts are coordinated with those of school staff.

If you would like support in helping your child with homework, behavior, communication, attendance, setting limits and community resources, please contact TBA at 541-790-4300.
