Request for Parent Volunteers-- Sheldon's Site Council
PARENTS: Are you interested in becoming involved at Sheldon? Sheldon’s Site Council is looking for parent members. The Site Council is responsible for developing and implementing the school improvement plan, for planning professional development, and for administering grants. Parent input is not only required, but highly valued by the staff and administration at Sheldon. Requirements are attendance at one meeting a month, usually the fourth Wednesday, from 3:40 to 5:00 pm. If interested, please email
Carol Standefer at standefer@4j.lane.edu .
Our first meeting of the 20008-2009 year will be August 27th.
Please consider this opportunity to volunteer.
